How to Measure for Shoe Size & SHIMANO DYNALAST 2.0 Fit

Place a piece of paper on the floor against a wall. Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall and mark the longest toe on the paper. Measure the distance from the wall to the mark. Note: Cycling shoes are meant to be form-fitting and on the snug side. If between sizes, size up. Sizing Note: Riders who currently wear a Standard fit can expect a roomier toe box, while those who previously sized up for extra width or toe room may prefer to size down by ½ size for a more precise fit. The new SHIMANO DYNALAST 2.0 Wide fit is noticeably roomier than both the previous DYNALAST Wide and Standard fits, offering increased width and a larger toe box. Women riders and anyone who prefers a snugger, performance-oriented fit may find the Narrow option provides the best fit.

Choosing the Right SHIMANO DYNALAST 2.0 Fit

Narrow

Riders who previously rode SHIMANO's Women's-specific models or those who prefer an especially snug fit will generally find that the new Narrow fit offers the closest equivalent. The Narrow last maintains a lower-volume fit while benefiting from the updated toe shape and improved forefoot comfort introduced with SHIMANO DYNALAST 2.0.

Standard

If you've been happy with the fit of your current Standard DYNALAST shoes, the new Standard fit will feel familiar through the midfoot and heel while providing noticeably more room around the toes for improved comfort on long rides.

Wide

If you've worn Wide DYNALAST shoes in the past, be aware that SHIMANO DYNALAST 2.0 Wide is significantly wider than the previous Wide fit. Riders who truly need extra forefoot volume will appreciate the increased width, while others may find that the new Standard fit now provides all the room they need.

Race-Ready Pedaling Performance

The RX710 is designed for riders who demand efficient power transfer without sacrificing comfort. A carbon-reinforced midsole and low-profile construction create a stable platform that helps convert every watt into forward momentum, whether climbing steep gravel rollers or accelerating out of corners.

Secure Gravel-Specific Stability

SHIMANO’s proven Pontoon cleat system provides a stable connection between rider and pedal while maintaining confident walkability. The result is a secure pedaling feel across rough surfaces and variable terrain.
