Before You Receive Your Order
Please review the information below before opening or using your items.
- Carefully open all packaging and save the original packaging materials in case you need to make a return.
- For footwear, try shoes on indoors only, preferably on carpet or a clean surface.
- Do not install SPD or SPD-SL cleats until you have confirmed the fit. Cleat installation may leave marks that make footwear ineligible for return.
- Returns and exchanges are free for most products. See wheel-specific exceptions below.
- If purchasing wheels, please review the Wheels Return Policy section carefully.
Return Policy
New and unused merchandise purchased from ride.shimano.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, less original shipping charges.

Exchanges for a different size, color, or item may be requested through the returns portal within the 30-day return window.
Please note:
- Exchange availability depends on current inventory at the time your request is submitted.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, products must be:
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- New and unused
- In original packaging and resellable condition
- Returned with original tags attached
For footwear specifically:
- Cleats must not be installed
- Shoes must not show signs of outdoor use or wear

Wheels Return Policy
All SHIMANO wheels are subject to a $20 return shipping fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund or applied to exchanges.

Wheel Return Eligibility
To qualify for a wheel return, wheels must:
- Be unused and unmounted
- Not have had tires, rotors, or cassettes installed
- Be returned in original packaging in new condition
Installation or mounting may leave marks that make wheels ineligible for return.
All returns are inspected upon receipt. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Packaging Requirements
Customers are responsible for properly packaging wheels for return shipment.
If original packaging is unavailable, equivalent protective packaging must be used to prevent shipping damage.
