"Awesome as usual. Like the bigger heal as it seems to more naturally grab my foot. The 44.5 fit me much better now than the 44s that I've used my whole life; but again very happy with the shoes. No breaking in required and immediately felt a perfect fit. Plus its so easy to put the cleat in the right spot with all of marks on the sole. No adjustments needed. Put in exactly the right spot and took like 5 mins to do the job. 100 percent easier than it used to be in the olden times :-)"

"These were my first new cycling shoes in five years, and I honestly had no idea how much performance I was leaving behind with my old, softer shoes. The power transfer is exceptional, and I immediately felt more connected to the bike. The fit has been excellent for me, with no hot spots or discomfort during rides ranging from one to ten hours. The breathability is equally impressive. I originally thought something was wrong because I could feel so much air moving through them! The white color also stays noticeably cooler in direct sunlight than my old black shoes. Best of all, my five-year-old looked at them and said, “Are those your new shoes, Daddy? "I am a 65 years old cyclist who picked up road cycling for the second time in life after turning 52 years old. During this period I was not willing to spend more than 250 dollars on bike shoes. Q&A

I received the shoes with medium and high arch insole pads. Are there low arch/flat foot pads, should I ride without the pads installed, or should I seek third party insoles?
Hello Tim, Using just the insole with none of the arch support pads will be the base low support fit.
How is the fit on these new model? The last one was very tight even wit the wide version. Is it true to size?
Hello Jose, The RC903 upper is completely different pattern and new material. The new upper material is microfiber leather that is more elastic and accommodating but still very supportive and snug fitting. The toe box are has also been re-shaped to be more round and curved and less pointy, to allow a bit more toe room. Both of these updates are intended to improve the fit and accommodate a broader range of foot shapes. The sizing should be more in line with the RC901 and true to size.
