Are these multi directional release as well?
Hello Joe, Thank you for the question. The CL-MT001 is not a multi-release cleat. It is a Multi-Entry cleat design. The release function will work just like the classic SM-SH51. The [SM-SH56](https://ride.shimano.com/collections/cleats-all/products/sm-sh56) is our multi-release cleat.
