How to Measure for Shoe Size

Place a piece of paper on the floor against a wall. Stand on the paper with your heel against the wall and mark the longest toe on the paper. Measure the distance from the wall to the mark. Note: Cycling shoes are meant to be form-fitting and on the snug side. If between sizes, size up.

Versatile 5-Hole Outsole: Compatible with both SPD / 2-hole and SPD-SL / 3-hole cleats and clip-in pedals * SM-SH41 adaptor is required to install 2-bolt SPD cleats

Efficient Power Transfer: Stiff sole and snug fit transfers your power straight to the pedals

Firm and Comfortable Fit: Single strap crosses the mid part of your foot for a firm hold and adaptable arch support provides a customized fit

Designed to Handle the Heat: Upper part of the shoe is made from breathable mesh for superior ventilation

Do these shoes come with SPD cleats included? I read something about needing an adapter? Is the adapter also included?: Hello Conor, cleats on not included with Shoes. No adapter is required on the SH-IC100 for use with Shimano SPD cleats (SH-SM51 or SH-SM56).
